Requirements for digital material

In order to achieve the best print result, it is important that we receive good quality graphic files.

Colors

Exact color definition is essential. We use the Pantone Solid Coated Guide, and kindly ask you to define the colors of your motif according to this guide. Otherwise, if the colors are not defined, we find the closest Pantone colors, or we choose our standard colors. You as a customer have to approve the Pantone colors of your motif before we start the production.

Vector graphics

A vector graphic is defined by its points and vectors, which is why they are optimal for the most printing methods. A vector graphic can be scaled up to any sizes without loss of information and quality. It can be created for example in Illustrator or Corel Draw. JPG or GIF files saved in Illustrator or Corel Draw cannot be used.
We accept the following vector formats: AI, CDR, EPS, PDF.

Fonts

It is important that all used fonts (typefaces) are outlined, i.e. changed to vector graphics. We cannot guarantee that we have the used font.

Pixelgraphics

We also accept pixel graphics and bitmap files for print, depending on the motif. The file format may be PSD, TIF, JPG or BMP.
Requirements for pixelgraphic files: The image must be the same size as the final print, i.e. 1:1. It must be saved in min. 300 dpi, the color profile must be RGB or grayscale. The quality and the resolution of the file has a big influence on the final print.
