Accountability

Countries of origin
Our product range is designed in-house in Denmark and produced mainly in Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Most of the products are OEKO-TEX, GOTS, and/or OCS certified.
For each product on the website, you will see the certifications that apply to the product.

For over 27 years, we have been cooperating with the same textile manufacturer in Bangladesh. We have developed together, and we can proudly present several certifications as proof of our quality-conscious work, sustainability, and social responsibility. We produce approx. 90% of our products by this supplier and they are both OEKO-TEX, GOTS and/or OCS-Blended certified.

In our product range, we have 3 jackets they are produced in China, and they are all OEKO-TEX certified.
Caps, hats, reflective vests, and towels are also produced in China, except for the ST2615 Sport Beanie which is produced in Bangladesh.

We have a large selection of tote bags and aprons which are produced in Pakistan, here we use 3 different suppliers to achieve the best quality and price. We have tote bags that are GOTS-certified, and some that are made of recycled material. If you are looking for OEKO-TEX certified bags, contact the sales department and they will guide you.

It is important to us that we, together with our partner, are constantly in close dialogue and in positive development around quality, sustainability/environment, and social responsibility.

Quality and design
We produce products with long durability that can withstand washing and use without major changes in color and fit.
It is important for us to create products that can be used by many different people, that are timeless, and can be used many times. Products that can easily be customized with your print or embroidery. That way, the products have a long life, and we avoid a big waste because we do not make seasonal products and you customize them, so they suit you and your target group.

All products are LABELFREE which means, there is only a small size label on the left side of the neck or waistband, so there is space for your brand name. There is a small washing label in the left side seam, with product name and washing instructions. We call it BRAND YOURSELF, ALL PRODUCTS WITHOUT LABEL.

From conventional to organic cotton
In late 2018, we decided to change most of our clothing production from the use of conventional cotton to organic cotton. In 2019, we became GOTS, and OCS blend certified that is proof that the products are produced with organic cotton and there have been made conducted controls and several requirements are met. The requirement includes among other things, social responsibility for employees, no emissions and use of harmful chemicals, and less CO2 emissions, all steps are checked from the cotton field to the products leaves our warehouse in Denmark.

Read more under the section GOTS-certificate.

In 2019 we also produced the first tote bags in organic cotton and in 2020 when GOTS certification was renewed, the organic tote bags were also included in the certificate.

We are constantly working to develop and optimize our production of products, prints, and embroidery in relation to quality, environmental and social responsibility.

Organic cotton

We have chosen to put our own organic logo in the clothes, a small cotton flower. The reason is if we put GOTS or OCS labels in products and subsequently print or embroider on the clothes, certification will no longer be valid, and the labels must be removed from the clothes before delivery. This is a requirement that is very difficult to accommodate, as we make print and embroider on several thousand products daily. As well as those of our customers who resell B2B products must also remove GOTS or OCS labels before they deliver to their customers.

But even if there is print or embroidery on the clothes, it does not change the fact that they have been produced with organic cotton in a sustainable and responsible way.

Most of our products are only in stock in organic cotton, but to avoid waste of good quality products, you will for a transitional period experience that within the same product there may be variations in conventional and organic cotton. If there is a cotton flower at the variations, the product is only in stock in organic cotton.

GOTS certificate

In 2019, we became GOTS-certified. In short, GOTS-certified products are your and our assurance that the products are produced in organic cotton, and that they are produced in a socially and environmentally responsible way. Controls have been made from the cotton field until the products leave our warehouse in Denmark. There are several requirements for the production, as well as our company in Denmark, which must be complied with before we can get certified, and the certification must be renewed every year.

When the production in Bangladesh and/or Pakistani are certified, then we as a company in Denmark can be certified, and we receive our own scoop certificate and our certificate number.

GOTS: working conditions, organic material, environmental considerations, greenhouse gas reduction, textile durability, and human health.

GOTS label grade:
Products in 100% organic cotton are GOTS-certified organic.
Products in 92% organic cotton / 8%
elastane  are GOTS-certified made with organic.

Products with less than 70% organic cotton cannot be GOTS-certified but these products are OCS-blended certified.

Please notice if GOTS-certified products get customized with print and/or embroidered the products are no longer certified. GOTS certification only applies to the products without printing and/or embroidery. That is why you will not find GOTS labels in our products. You can read more about this in the section organic cotton.

If you resell B2C products, you can brand the products with our certification number/logo. If you resell B2B, you must be GOTS-certified before you can brand the products as GOTS.

GOTS

OCS certificate

Together with the GOTS-certification, we also became OCS-certified.

We use OCS-blended on the products that are made with less than 92% organic cotton. It is regarding the melange colores like Oxford Gray, Anthracite, Heather Black, Heather Burgundy, Heather Blue, Heather Green, and Heather Navy.

If there are GOTS and OCS-blended logos on a product page, GOTS belongs to products in 100% organic cotton and 92% organic cotton / 8% elastane . Products in other compositions belong to the OCS-blended certificate.

OEKO-TEX

The products in our product range are not produced at the same supplier, therefore you will find that the products have different OEKO-TEX 100 certification numbers. Since each certification belongs to the production where the product is produced.

If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, i.e. every thread, button, and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless for human health. The test is conducted by our independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes on the basis of our extensive OEKO-TEX®

We have not added OEKO-TEX labels in the products. The reason for this is, if we add print or embroider on the clothes, the certification is no longer valid, and the labels must be removed from the products before we deliver it to our customers. This is a requirement that is very difficult to be met, as we add print and/or embroider on several thousand products daily.

This means if the products are refined wilt print or embroidery the products are no longer OEKO-TEX certified, but that does not change that the products are made in a responsible and harmful way and the colors and thread we are using in the production is also harmful but are not yet certified.
